If you are a State of Oregon employee, including higher education, University of Oregon, Lottery or a miscellaneous state agency, you may enroll electronically by providing the requested information below.

If you want to contribute more than $9999.00 you must complete an enrollment form. Please click on the Enrollment Form Link below.

Once you have completed the enrollment process, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be mailed to you, giving you full access to your OSGP account online. Your initial login will require you to select a login preference (SSN or Username) and create a custom password to a minimum of six (6) characters.

If you are an employee of a participating local government you must complete and submit a paper Enrollment Form.
